It's just a matter of the same color value accidentally being put in for both the background and text of two-tone lists. This has been an issue I've noticed for several different versions of Android, through several different versions of the Wikipedia mobile app, across several different mobile devices made by multiple companies, so I know it's not specific to one device or app version. One of the two colors needs to be adjusted to something else. In dark mode, half of the items on two-tone lists (the track listing of any musical album, and many episode lists of TV shows, to name a couple of examples) are unreadable, as the text color and background color are the same.
